AfriCart

	1. Jack and Phyllis Thompson test the AfriCart in Prospect Park, Brooklyn, NY 2003. This prototype uses 26" x2" mountain bike wheels and tires which are relatively uncommon in Africa (but common in the USA).
	2. United States Postal Service standard letter carrier cart (with AfriCart in background). Prior to the introduction of these carts (circa 1960), postmen could carry only a single leather mailpouch. The use of the cart has increased their load carrying ability by 400%. The use of handcarts in Africa will result in similar enhanced productivity.
